Terms and Conditions for Bubbles Freediving Course Gift Card

1. Overview: This Bubbles Freediving Course Gift Card ("Gift Card") is issued by Bubbles Freediving and can be redeemed for a Freediving Course offered by Bubbles Freediving. By purchasing, accepting, or using this Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Validity Period:

  • The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • The course must be scheduled and completed within this one-year period. The expiration date is non-negotiable, and the Gift Card will become void after this date.

3. Gift Card Redemption:

  • The Gift Card can only be redeemed for a Freediving Course at Bubbles Freediving.

  • To redeem, contact Bubbles Freediving on WeChat/Instagram (@bubblesfreediving) and provide the Gift Card code.

  • The Gift Card must be presented at the time of course registration.

4. Course Availability:

  • Course availability is subject to scheduling and availability at Bubbles Freediving.

  • It is recommended to schedule the course well in advance to secure preferred dates.

5. Transferable:

  • The Gift Card is transferable, and it can be used by a person other than the original recipient.

  • The Gift Card holder must notify Bubbles Freediving of any transfer and provide the new participant's details.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards:

  • Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

  • It is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder to keep the card in a secure location.

7. Refunds:

  • The Gift Card is non-refundable, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered.

  • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the Gift Card.

8. Course Cancellation:

  • Bubbles Freediving reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made.

9. Participant Requirements:

  • Participants must meet the eligibility requirements and health conditions specified by Bubbles Freediving for the Freediving Course.

10. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

11. Modification of Terms:

  • Bubbles Freediving reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Bubbles Freediving WeChat/Instagram page.
