课程确认与退款政策 1. 课程确认与出席 Course Confirmation and Attendance 一旦确认课程时间表，缺席将视为自愿退出，课程费用将不提供退款或改期 Once your course schedule is confirmed, any absence will be considered a voluntary withdrawal, and the course fee will be forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be provided. 课程开始前72小时内可以申请一次改期。超过72小时的改动请求将不被接受 You may request to change your schedule once, at least 72 hours before the course starts. Requests made within 72 hours will not be accepted. 课程开始后（第一节理论课开始）将不再提供退款 No refunds will be provided once the course has started (i.e., after the first theory session). 2. 紧急情况与退款政策 Emergency Situations and Refund Policy 如因紧急情况在课程开始前72小时内无法参加，提供医疗证明后可改期或发放等值礼品卡，有效期一年 If you cannot attend due to an emergency within 72 hours before the course, you can reschedule or receive a gift card (valid for one year) upon providing a Medical Certificate. 课程开始前7天内取消，收取50%取消费；72小时内取消不予退款，除非提供医疗证明 Cancellations within 7 days of the course incur a 50% fee; within 72 hours, no refund is given unless a Medical Certificate is provided. 3. 课程完成与有效期 Course Completion and Validity 课程时长为最低要求，由于个人差异可能无法在规定时间内完成考核 The course duration is the minimum required; individual differences may prevent completion within this time. 未能按时完成课程者，可在一年内安排额外课程，需支付额外费用 If you cannot complete the course on time, you may reschedule within one year at an additional cost. 课程有效期内提供一次免费开放水域补考。未在一年内完成课程将自动失效 One free open water retake is offered within the course validity period. The course will expire if not completed within a year. 4. 天气与不可预见情况 Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances 因天气或其他原因导致无法潜水，课程将免费改期，教练有权取消不安全的课程 If unsafe conditions arise due to weather or other factors, the course will be rescheduled at no cost. The instructor reserves the right to cancel for safety. 因天气原因未能完成课程者，课程有效期为一年，请在此期间安排剩余课程 If weather prevents course completion, the validity period is one year. Please arrange remaining sessions within this time. 5. 装备与额外费用 Equipment and Additional Costs 课程期间提供免费装备，课程外租赁费用为每天$49 Free equipment is provided during the course; rentals outside of the course are $49 per day 课程费用包括必要材料和使用费，但不包括交通费用或未通过考核的补考费用 The course fee includes necessary materials and usage fees, but not transportation or retake fees 6. 同意条款 Agreement to Terms 付款即表示您已阅读并同意本退款政策 By making a payment, you agree to all terms and conditions of this refund policy. 报名既代表确认具备200米游泳或300米浮潜能力的先决条件，如因游泳考核未通过则不予退款 Enrolling confirms you can swim 200 meters or snorkel 300 meters. No refund if you fail the assessment
