完成AIDA2的课程学习的你已经能够独立的下潜12米，闭气两分钟以上了，而在AIDA3课程的学习中你将会从入门到进门完成转换，我们会接触到更高阶的自由潜水技巧，加深您对理论和技术的理解，为期四天。您会学习到新的耳压平衡技巧、调整深潜时的配重与自身浮力、规划自己的训练，深潜时的自由落体等。让自己和小伙伴的潜水更加舒适，更加安全。完成AIDA3的学习将会让你的深度达到24米以上，可以应对自如的应对绝大多数的渔猎，休闲自由潜水，鲍鱼以及龙虾的捕捞。 先决条件：完成AIDA2或同等水平的其他系统自由潜水认证，18岁以上（或16岁以上有家属同意签字） 能够独立不间断游泳200米或佩戴面镜呼吸管和脚蹼不间断游泳300米 我们的特色：小班制，泳池部分严格遵循1:6的小班制比例，开放水域超过四人班会配备持牌助理教练。 考核/证书签发要求： CWTB恒重下潜：24M STA静态闭气：2:45 DYNB动态有蹼：55m 理论考试：75% 1:4小班教学，在平静且安全的环境克服对深度的恐惧心理 AIDA3课程时长为4天，根据班级情况，四天的课程可以拆散成多次多天完成，课程包含理论课，平静水域，开放水域，理论复习及考试四个部分，在顺利完成4个部分的学习后将会获得AIDA官方颁发的全球通用的AIDA3自由潜水员证书，持证可以参加全球所有地方的自由潜水活动，船宿行程。通过系统的学习让自己的潜水不再野路子，用最安全的方式去探索海洋！ DAY1 （18:30 -- 21:30） 理论课1（3hours x 1 session） 将包含进阶自由潜水的理论知识，和技巧的理论讲解 DAY2 （9:00 -- 18:00） 平静水域1（4hours x 1session) 在泳池进行自由潜水泳池相关技术的教学和考核 平静水域2（4hours x 1 session） 在泳池进行自由潜水泳池相关技术的教学和考核 DAY3 （8:30 -- 13:00）（18:00 -- 21:00） 开放水域1，2（2hours x 2 session） 真实海洋环境的两个课时，将作为教学及考核 下午 理论课2（3hours x 1 session） DAY4（8:30 -- 13:00）（17:00 -- 21:00） 开放水域3，4（2hours x 2 session）（淡水开放水域或海洋视天气情况决定） 真实海洋环境的两个课时，将作为教学及考核 下午 理论课3（3hours x 1 session） 理论复习及考试，需答对75%，仅有一次补考机会 *该费用包含了课程所需要的所有材料和教学，泳池的使用, 全套装备的租赁 不包含往返上课地点的交通，考试失误后的补考费用 注： 1.在与客服确认课程时间后在课程时间缺席将视为自动放弃课程且不可退改，在课程前72小时可以有一次改动机会,任何临期改动都不会生效。课程开始后不再提供退款服务（即理论课开始后） 2.所标注的课程时长为能够达到考核标准的最短时间，因每一个学生的差异，以及自由潜运动的特殊性，不能保证一定能在课程时长内通过并完成考核，我们在课程有效期提供一次免费海训补考的机会，泳池补考为$129/pp，海训补考为$199/pp。课程有效期为一年，未在有效期内完成课程的课程自动失效。 Having completed the AIDA2 course, you are now capable of diving independently to 12 meters and holding your breath for over two minutes. In the AIDA3 course, you’ll transition from an intermediate to an advanced level. Over four days, you’ll be introduced to more advanced freediving techniques, deepening your understanding of the theory and skills. You will learn new equalization techniques, how to adjust weights and buoyancy for deep dives, plan your training, and practice free fall during deep dives. This will make your dives and those of your buddies more comfortable and safer. Completing the AIDA3 course will allow you to dive to depths of over 24 meters, enabling you to handle most spearfishing, recreational freediving, and harvesting abalone and lobsters with ease. Prerequisites: • Completion of AIDA2 or equivalent certification from another system at the same level, and be over 18 years old (or over 16 with parental consent). • Ability to swim 200 meters continuously or swim 300 meters continuously while using a mask, snorkel, and fins.

1. 缺席课程：一旦与客服确认了课程时间，若学员在该时间缺席，则视为自动放弃课程，此时不可退改。无故缺席课程将作为自动放弃后续课程的处理。 2. 课程改动：在课程前72小时内，学员可以有一次改动机会，可以选择将课程时间改为其他可行的时间。但请注意，任何临期改动都不会生效，超过课程开始前72小时的改动请求将不被接受。 3. 游泳能力测试：报名课程即代表学员自信能够通过先决条件的游泳能力测试。如果学员因为无法通过游泳能力测试而无法继续参加课程，则不会提供退款。 4. 课程阶段缺席：无论是理论课、泳池阶段还是开放水域阶段，如果学员无故缺席课程，将视为自动放弃后续课程。 5. 疑虑和联系教练：如果学员对课程有任何疑虑或问题，请及时联系教练，教练将尽力解答并提供支持。 请注意，以上政策是为了确保学员和教练的时间得到合理利用，并确保学员具备必要的游泳能力参加自由潜水课程。在报名之前，请确保自己具备200米游泳/300米浮潜的能力，并能够参加先决条件的测试。 Here is the translation of the revised refund and cancellation policy for the free diving course: 1. Absence from the course: Once the course time has been confirmed with customer service, if a student is absent at the scheduled time, it will be considered as automatic abandonment of the course and will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. 2. Course rescheduling: Within 72 hours prior to the course, students will have one opportunity to request a rescheduling, allowing them to choose an alternative feasible time for the course. However, please note that any last-minute rescheduling requests will not be accepted. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before the course begins. 3. Swimming ability test: Enrolling in the course signifies that the student is confident in passing the prerequisite swimming ability test. If a student is unable to continue with the course due to failing the swimming ability test, no refund will be provided. 4. Absence during any course stage: Whether it's the theory session, pool training, or open water sessions, any unexcused absence will be considered as abandonment of the subsequent course stages. 5. Concerns and contacting the instructor: If students have any concerns or questions about the course, they are advised to promptly contact the instructor. The instructor will make every effort to address concerns and provide support. Please note that the above policies are in place to ensure the efficient use of time for both students and instructors, as well as to ensure that students possess the necessary swimming abilities to participate in the free diving course. Before enrolling, please ensure that you have the required swimming ability of 200 meters swimming/300 meters snorkeling and can meet the prerequisites for testing.
